08:00 Departure
12:00 Visit of Hautvillers,the, cradle of champagne, where Dom Perignon experimented with different wines.
12:45 Tasting and lunch between the oldest wooden oak press followed by a demonstration of manual disgoring.
15:30 Discover the unique terroir of Les Ricey, the only town with 3 AOC's. Tasting of le Rosé des Ricey as well as champagne vinified in amphora.
17:00 Departure to a cooperation for a visit and tasting of champagne with Pinot Blanc.
18:30 Check-in in IBIS Style hotel in Troyes
19:30 Visit of the old town + dinner
22:30 After dinner in wine bar

09:00 Visit of the terroir of de Côte de Montgeux followed by a tasting
11:00 Interactive visit in the vineyards and tasting of a champagne vinified on the Solera way followed with a lunch at the champagne house
15:30 Visit and tasting at the exceptional Castle of Boursault
18:00 Departure
